Our Fresh Mixed Greens are grown indoors at our local Highland Park, Illinois farm using clean, controlled hydroponic growing methods. This vibrant blend of Lactuca lettuces, Bok Choy, Mizuna, Pak Choy, and Spinach is harvested at peak freshness for exceptional flavor, texture, and nutrition.

The result is a beautifully balanced mix — tender leafy lettuces, lightly peppery Asian greens, and nutrient-rich spinach — creating layers of flavor from mild and sweet to gently bold. These greens add depth and brightness to salads, bowls, sandwiches, sautés, smoothies, and family meals.
